Although unauthorized and unknown persons are manufacturing these pills, the price of one has been noted to be as high as 500$. 

The chemical compounds misoprostol and mifepristone have been known to have a terminating effect on pregnancies. 

The illegal sale of abortion pills is trending after a considerable number of States have banned abortion completely after the overturn of Roe v. Wade by the Supreme Court in the month of June.

A handful of websites are delivering abortion medication to all areas of the United States without having to furnish a prescription to that effect. This clearly goes against the rules established by the Food and Drug Administration Department.

The demand for these pills as well as for birth control has peaked ever sing the ruling was delivered by the Supreme Court.

The drug compounds mifepristone and misoprostol, commonly used in abortions, have been deemed safe only up to the 10th week into the pregnancy.
